About Depth Sessions and me

Though I'm not old, I carry with me the weight of many lifetimes—rich with experience, adventure, loss, and growth.

I was born in Italy and raised in Hungary for a while, until life took a more interesting turn. Suddenly, I found myself living for a year in Beijing, China, where I came face-to-face with the challenges of communism and the mindset of Buddhism.

After that, I spent a year in Florida, USA, where I graduated high school through the NJROTC (Naval Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps), a military school program that felt like a walk in the park after China.

I went on to earn a BA in International Business Relations at Oxford Brookes University, Budapest campus. During my third year—which involved a mandatory internship—I moved to Barcelona, Spain, and later to Lugano, Switzerland, where I started my first business: a micro-franchise focused on Electro Muscle Stimulation (EMS) personal training. I completed my degree only after launching this venture.

Just three days after graduation, I moved to London, UK, where I founded my own LTD company. I expanded the EMS concept by incorporating nutrition guidance, health support, and general life coaching—alongside personalized fitness sessions. Since military school, I've maintained peak health and strength, and I have no intention of slowing down. It’s not just physical—staying in top shape keeps me mentally sharp and genuinely happy.

Once I had saved enough and felt ready to pause the daily grind, I invested in two apartments in central Budapest. I renovated both and turned them into short-term Airbnb rentals, creating a steady stream of passive income. Later, I purchased a third apartment and hired a manager to handle the operations—completely automating that income source.

With newfound freedom and time, I joined Mensa, the international high IQ society, and went on to win a Hungarian TV show similar to Who Wants to Be a Millionaire. As my savings grew again, I continued investing and learning. I eventually bought a two-story house with a 50,000 m² garden—essentially an entire forest and hill—in Sardinia, Italy. And this year, my partner and I are purchasing another property in Costa del Sol, Spain, to make new memories together.

With time on my hands and curiosity as my compass, I immersed myself in learning—particularly in psychology and human behavior. Since 2019, I've dedicated significant time and energy each day to exploring these subjects, driven by fascination and a desire to understand people more deeply. While friends and family were busy with work, I found myself with the luxury of unstructured time. What began as boredom soon became a gateway to insight, self-discovery, and growth.

Over time, I noticed something: I was constantly helping people—friends, acquaintances, even strangers. I’d have deep conversations with them, and later, they’d come back to thank me, saying their lives had shifted because of what I said or asked. That’s when I realized what I had been doing all along was what I now call Growth Space. It just didn’t have a name yet.

Let me be clear: I am not a licensed psychologist, and I do not claim to be. But I also don’t fully identify as a coach. A psychologist can’t always help you with your health or finances. A coach might know what steps you should take, but struggle to make you actually do them. I’m something different—a guide, a helper, a friend. Someone who connects the dots that usually stay disconnected.

I can't medicate you like a psychiatrist. I won’t sell you belief-based platitudes. What I offer is grounded, actionable support: helping you plan and follow through—without stepping backwards every time you make progress forward.

Today, I choose this path of sharing and helping simply because I enjoy it. Sometimes out of joy, sometimes out of boredom. I don’t need to work anymore. I do it because it gives life meaning. I have the love of my life beside me (you can see her in the photo). I’m in excellent health—while many around me, like most people in the world, struggle with genetic, viral, dietary, or mental health challenges.

Although I speak fluent Italian, Spanish, and Chinese as well, I chose to offer sessions in English and Hungarian.

My proof is not a diploma on the wall (which by now I have a collection of).

I am the proof.

And everything I’ve gained—I’m ready to share with you.
